When Senior Developers holding key positions in R&D departments interview job candidates, they generally try to give them a fair chance of being employed.

Most interviewers have a short list of set questions which they believe can objectively rule out "unqualified" candidates.

But is this the case?

What the interviewers do not realize is that there are many forums and social collaborative platforms which publish their interview questions, and index them so that they can be easily found on search engines.
